Key Responsibilities

•Perform Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) such as HAZOP, What-If, FMEA and LOPA.
•Support the implementation and maintenance of Process Safety Management (PSM) elements, including Mechanical Integrity, Management of Change (MOC) and work instructions.
•Analyze incidents and lead root cause analyses for process safety-related events.
•Collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering to ensure safe designs and operations.
•Review and update process safety documentation such as P&IDs, process flow diagrams and safety data sheets.

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s or equivalent level HBO/WO in Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
•3–5 years of relevant work experience in process safety or chemical/process engineering

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
