Lead the planning, coordination, servicing, and execution of contracted group business, meetings, incentive programs, executive retreats, luxury weddings, and special events at One&Only Moonlight Basin. After transition from the Sales team, you’ll own client communications, operational coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reconciliation—serving as the primary point of contact while partnering with resort leadership to deliver seamless luxury experiences. Position is primarily based in Bozeman, Montana.
