Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of mid to large professional services clients from law firms, accountants and consultants, leading renewals, submissions, and tailored insurance programs (PI, Cyber, D&O) while mentoring junior staff. Hybrid role based in London with collaboration across global teams to drive client success and growth. You'll develop deep client understanding, build trusted relationships, support new business opportunities, and ensure compliant, high-quality service through close coordination with the Client Director and Global Broking Centre.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the day-to-day management and renewal of an account portfolio made up of mid to large sized law firms, accountants and consultants.
•Handle Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Directors’ and Officers’ insurance, along with other lines of business, while supporting the Client Directors in client relationship management.
•Collaborate with the Client Director to manage larger accounts and take ownership of smaller accounts, including renewals, slips checks, and preparing submissions and reports with the Client Service Advisor.
•Develop a solid understanding of each client’s business, including financial performance, goals, market position, structure and key people, to drive renewals and enable cross-sell.
•Support new business activity and drive opportunities within the team, coordinating with the Global Broking Centre to ensure high-quality client service.

Key Requirements

•1-2 sentences: Experience leading day-to-day management and renewal of a client portfolio (mid to large professional services firms) and coordinating renewals, slips, and submissions with the Client Service Advisor.
•2-3 sentences: Strong knowledge of Professional Indemnity insurance; experience with D&O and Cyber is an advantage, plus ability to manage multiple accounts and complex client needs.
•3-4 sentences: Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills; high attention to detail and strong written skills; confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
