Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute ABM strategies for tiered strategic accounts, partnering with sales leadership to build account plans.
•Create personalized ABM campaigns aligned to account objectives and buying journeys, including digital, events, direct mail, and executive engagement.
•Orchestrate integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, content, events, and advertising, while managing budgets to maximize ROI.
•Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and revenue impact using KPIs and success metrics.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, Field Marketing, Customer Success, Content, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations; leverage intent data and generative AI to optimize messaging and creative.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on Account Based Marketing.
•Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue through ABM programs in enterprise software or technology companies.
•Deep understanding of ABM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
•Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense).
•Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
