Key Responsibilities

  • •Join the Global CX Consumption Office to help SAP customers get more value from SAP CX solutions through digital engagement formats.
  • •Schedule and coordinate webcasts in alignment with internal stakeholders, supporting promotion of new releases.
  • •Create and manage registration pages for webcasts and manage the monthly webcast newsletter.
  • •Moderate webcasts and ensure smooth execution, including post-production and publishing recordings on www.sap.com.
  • •Support analytics and reporting to track engagement and adoption metrics.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • •Ideally in the 1st or 2nd semester of a Bachelor's program (students close to finish are not considered).
  • •Preferred fields of study: Communication, Media, Business Informatics, or IT.
  • •Fluent in English (written and verbal); German is a plus.
  • •Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Camtasia; experience with webcast tools (e.g., ON24) is a plus.
