Job Summary

Deliver technical due diligence and strategic advisory for transportation and infrastructure investments across roads, rail/metro, airports, ports, and urban mobility assets. Oversee assessments of asset condition, operations, lifecycle performance, demand forecasts, capex needs, and O&M strategies, and provide input on PPP/PFI concessions, investment cases, risk, and bid proposals. Work with investors, lenders, developers, and a global advisory team supporting transactions across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

•Support technical due diligence assignments for investors, lenders, and developers across transportation infrastructure assets.
•Oversee assessments including asset condition, operations, lifecycle performance, demand forecasts, traffic/revenue assumptions, and capacity utilisation.
•Evaluate capex requirements (expansion, lifecycle, rehabilitation) and O&M strategies, contracts, and performance benchmarking.
•Provide strategic advisory across PPP/PFI concessions and contract structures, investment cases/business plans, valuation inputs, and risk/sensitivity analysis.
•Provide technical and commercial input into bids and pursuits, and participate in international engagements including site visits and stakeholder meetings where required.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure advisory across roads/highways/toll concessions, rail/metro systems, and airports/ports/logistics assets.
•Strong track record in technical due diligence, PPP advisory, or transaction support.
•Deep understanding of demand modeling (traffic/passenger/freight), concession agreements/regulatory frameworks, and O&M practices and lifecycle asset management.
•Proven ability to work on complex, multi-disciplinary assignments.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical findings into commercial insights for investors and lenders.
