Vessel Master

Oversee day-to-day operations of port tugs, ensuring vessel and crew safety and that planned vessel activities run on schedule. Delegate and monitor safety inspections of deck machinery, firefighting equipment, and safety gear; report defects and incidents to the Port Captain/Superintendent. Manage crew readiness, training, competence assessments, vessel stability, medical and food provisions, and navigation systems while maintaining full compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, and MLC.
