Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion.
  • •Deliver projects using Waterfall and Agile methods, selecting and adapting the approach to project needs.
  • •Develop and maintain core project documentation (Project Charter, WBS, resource plans, communication matrices).
  • •Control scope, ensure alignment with business objectives, and run change management processes.
  • •Plan and monitor schedules, budgets, quality metrics, and risks; coordinate stakeholders and teams in a matrix environment.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of project management experience in large corporate environments, ideally for business process automation, ERP, or R&D.
  • •Hands-on Agile project delivery experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
  • •Proven delivery experience for projects related to procurement, logistics, Material Resource Planning (MRP), or product development automation.
  • •Strong knowledge of PMI PMBOK Guide (or other recognized project management standards); PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • •Experience with project planning and management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello (or similar); bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, or related fields.
