Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employee relations issues, coach employees and managers on performance management, and support performance improvement plans.
  • •Partner with union representatives and plant leadership to administer the collective bargaining agreement and support grievance resolution and investigations.
  • •Design and implement talent management plans including succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
  • •Develop and leverage talent reporting and analytics to track completion of core people processes, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • •Implement HR program administration and change management initiatives, supporting organizational design, workforce transitions, and consistent policy interpretation.
