Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide scheduled services in patients’ homes, including blood draws, vitals, height/weight measurements, and urine collection
  • •Support Annual Wellness Visits and other preventative and diagnostic services
  • •Prepare for each day by reviewing the schedule, supplies, and PPE
  • •Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology while managing time and travel independently

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred
  • •Current BLS certification
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
