Key Responsibilities

•Lead Program Increment preparation and planning across the portfolio, including decomposition of epics into features and maintenance of Kanban boards and delivery calendars.
•Manage portfolio dependencies across shared services teams and enterprise platforms, monitoring performance using sprint and Program Increment metrics.
•Develop portfolio status reporting and executive communications, supporting resource capacity planning and portfolio prioritization.
•Coordinate testing strategy, defect triage, and release management activities including cutover planning and execution.
•Ensure successful transitions into support organizations, drive incident resolution/escalation for critical issues, and provide oversight for continuous delivery and operational stability.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and at least 5 years of information technology delivery experience (or 8 years without a degree).
•Experience delivering technology products and solutions.
•Experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams.
•Demonstrated success communicating technical concepts to business leaders and business priorities to technical teams.
•Experience leading complex initiatives through ambiguity and translating strategic objectives into executable delivery plans in agile delivery environments.
