Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct ongoing quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment managers and investment vehicles across multiple asset classes.
  • •Prepare written investment commentary for investment committee reports and client reviews.
  • •Develop investment recommendations including fund additions, removals, watch status, and replacement recommendations.
  • •Present investment analysis and respond to client questions about performance, manager philosophy, market conditions, and strategy.
  • •Support due diligence, evaluate target date fund providers for suitability, and assist RFPs, finalist presentations, and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in the retirement plan industry with a focus on investment analysis (10+ years preferred).
  • •Proficiency in asset allocation, portfolio construction, performance attribution, risk analysis, and capital markets.
  • •Experience evaluating fund managers and investment vehicles such as mutual funds, CITs, and SMAs.
  • •Exceptional presentation and communication skills for client and investment committee settings.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and conducting meetings via MS Teams/Zoom (RPAG knowledge/background preferred).
