Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive innovation by supporting customer requests using scientific and engineering principles to improve existing products.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Kerry’s strengths and deliver a strong Taste and Nutrition experience for customers.
  • •Study and apply methods to improve quality attributes such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, convenience, and physical, chemical, and microbiological composition.
  • •Work across rotations that include areas such as beverages, food protection & preservation, meat science & coatings technology, process technology, and dairy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Food Science, Food Engineering, Process Engineering, Nutrition, Dietetics, Microbiology, Food Chemistry (or equivalent) with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.
  • •Ability to taste and smell chemicals, flavors, and food products.
  • •Hands-on work style with a practical mindset.
  • •Ability to work within cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
