Key Responsibilities

•Manage work streams by executing project plans and delivering insightful analytics and client presentations.
•Lead the full lifecycle for Workday Advanced Compensation solutions: design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
•Coordinate multiple concurrent stakeholders and provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members.
•Research and diagnose root causes of problems, then present and implement corrective measures for stakeholders.
•Drive continuous improvement by innovating and suggesting new approaches to implement Workday efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements

•Be the Workday subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Advanced Compensation.
•Gather and analyze stakeholder business requirements; propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions and implement process improvements.
•Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Advanced Compensation module solutions while adapting to changing stakeholder needs.
•Lead, consult, and prioritize conflicting demands across medium- to high-complexity projects without supervision for your areas of expertise.
•Meet KPIs and actively participate in sales engagement to drive client engagement and business growth.
