Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of visual and operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by driving product recovery/restock/destock and executing merchandising changes per directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management, using payroll management and zone/visual support to meet business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities related to product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make necessary merchandising changes.
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience by coaching associates, supporting recruitment and development, and collaborating on cross-functional training and store opening/closing.
