Key Responsibilities

•Verify customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for business escalations, providing case updates and resolving cases accurately and quickly.
•Identify potential issues or opportunities from daily work and escalate to the manager for follow-up.
•Assist and engage in additional projects and assigned tasks.
•Maintain strict adherence to local and global KYC standards and procedures, and oversee SLAs.

Key Requirements

•2+ years’ working experience, with at least 1 year tenure in Payoneer CC or Ops roles (for internal candidates).
•Good performance and a reference check from your line manager.
•College degree or above (for external candidates).
•Global work experience and a background in the payments industry are strong assets.
•Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
