Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical inputs to land use planning projects within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Support preparation and coordination of planning applications, including writing planning statements and policy appraisals.
  • •Carry out planning research and due diligence analysis to identify planning risks and opportunities.
  • •Engage directly with clients, communities, and stakeholders to support consultation and planning outcomes.
  • •Support stakeholder engagement and consultation activities by preparing materials and helping coordinate engagement events.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with a degree or post graduate level qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • •Strong interest in all aspects of Planning and a hardworking, highly motivated approach.
  • •Understanding of Irish, Northern Irish and wider UK planning policy and legislative frameworks.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
  • •Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to manage time to meet project deadlines.
