Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data, analytics, and AI platform projects from initiation through monitoring and closure.
  • •Translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables and align stakeholder expectations with engineering outcomes.
  • •Define and maintain project governance frameworks including risk management, dependency tracking, status reporting, and escalation paths.
  • •Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination across geographically distributed teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Evaluate technology adoption decisions and coach/mentor junior project managers while continuously improving delivery practices and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • •5+ years in technical project management delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects, ideally in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • •1+ years contributing to system design or architecture discussions in data/analytics/AI/platform engineering contexts.
  • •Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on technical topics.
  • •Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban) and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
