Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager / Commercial Manager - Energy & Natural Resource

Own and manage cost and commercial performance for Energy & Natural Resources projects, driving accurate monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and change control. Lead contract administration and commercial leadership to improve forecast accuracy and support timely final accounts. Work closely with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, governance, and value engineering, while contributing to internal excellence through lessons learned and process improvements.
