Engineering Manager

Lead and manage the engineering department for a high-profile ADNOC offshore client, ensuring projects align with company strategy and are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. Establish engineering standards and governance, oversee multi-project engineering execution, allocate resources, and monitor progress and risks. Serve as the primary engineering interface with project management, clients, and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and documentation.
