Job Summary

Provide a well-presented and efficient locker room service for members and guests across the club’s golf and recreation facilities. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness, keep toiletries and dispensers stocked and working, wash and dry floors and shower areas, manage towels and laundry deliveries, and operate sauna/steam room equipment while reporting issues. Follow lost-and-found procedures and display required signage.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a smart, professional appearance and adhere to company dress standards, including name badge.
•Keep the locker room clean and tidy; wash and dry floors and shower cubicles regularly.
•Ensure toiletries supplies are stocked, submit store requisitions for replacements, and keep soap/shampoo dispensers in working order.
•Collect used towels, coordinate towel stock returns from laundry, and manage sauna/steam room switching with timely reporting to Engineering if issues occur.
•Support guest and member experience by offering lockers when available, following lost-and-found procedures, ensuring signage is displayed, and liaising on locker usage rules and payments.

Key Requirements

•Grade VIII and above.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Good command of the English language.
•Team player with the ability to interact with guests from different countries and cultures.
•Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
