Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead qualification and process buyoff for new equipment or layout changes for lab enablement.
  • •Maintain and improve process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests in line with SOPs and quality management systems.
  • •Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and protect product integrity.
  • •Partner with automation engineers to implement error-proofing measures and reduce manual touchpoints.
  • •Analyze process performance data to identify trends, drive corrective actions, and use statistical and AI-assisted techniques for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor backend or reliability lab processes.
  • •Experience with reliability tests such as thermal/humidity stress, temperature cycling, and reflow, and/or device reliability tests (e.g., HTOL, ELFR, HNBTI).
  • •Familiarity with quality systems, process control, and audit requirements.
