Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure execution of complex contracts to establish HACM production capability and achieve contractual milestones while meeting cost and schedule expectations.
  • •Lead and align integrated product team leads and functional leaders across organizations (Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, Operations, Security).
  • •Manage major suppliers for on-time deliveries and cost adherence while maturing new technology.
  • •Own profit and loss, AOP development and execution, program Estimate at Completions (EACs), and scope control.
  • •Implement and manage risk and opportunity processes; set priorities, resolve conflicts, manage interdependencies, and conduct major gates/reviews with the customer.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 14 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 12 years experience.
  • •Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs using tools/processes such as EVMS, IMP, IMS, and risk and opportunity management (or similar).
  • •Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, with the ability to obtain program access after start.
  • •Experience leading Production or Transition to Production Programs (5 years preferred).
  • •Existing TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
