Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for on-site and virtual interviews as part of the Global TA Operations team, supporting recruiters across 2K Games, Take Two, and Zynga. Manage candidate travel, accommodations, sensitive documents, and expense reimbursements. Maintain structured interview workflows in Greenhouse (including scorecards and job postings), troubleshoot ATS issues, and ensure clear, high-quality candidate communication while escalating support needs when required.
