Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to develop KPIs and metrics for the team.

  • •Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches, performing forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation.
  • •Influence product decisions using robust, actionable data insights and compelling data-driven narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical mindset in product-led environments within the FinTech or Financial industry.
  • •Technical skills in Python and advanced SQL, with experience using BI tools.
  • •Experience working with technical teams, partnering with PMs, engineers, and analysts.
  • •Experience in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance.
  • •Understanding of events data using tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar.
