AV Field Support Services Engineer

Design, install, operate, and maintain audio-visual systems across facilities to ensure reliable AV service for meetings, conferences, training, and corporate events. Manage AV infrastructure, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot AV issues. Configure AV equipment for collaboration spaces and support hybrid events. Administer collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex, coordinating with vendors, IT, facilities, and stakeholders. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT and safety standards.
