  • •Partner with Marketing, R&D, Product Development, Legal, Quality, and other stakeholders to enable compliant innovation from concept through commercialization.
  • •Lead and develop regulatory talent, fostering high performance, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • •Establish and operationalize best-in-class regulatory processes, tools, and governance models for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • •Review and approve product labels, label graphics, advertising, and promotional materials for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy; assess and communicate regulatory risks and emerging trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MS in Nutrition, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in U.S. food, beverage, or dietary supplement regulatory compliance.
  • •Strong knowledge of FDA and/or USDA regulations, specifications, claims, and labeling databases.
  • •Proven ability to provide solution-oriented regulatory advice in complex or ambiguous situations.
