Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
  • •Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to development teams across all phases of the SDLC.
  • •Act as the primary escalation point for complex Guidewire technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • •Review and validate solution designs, business rules, integration patterns, and data models to ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices.
  • •Mentor and coordinate the development team, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and coordinate onshore/offshore activities to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
  • •Hands-on experience with implementations and upgrades of PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
  • •Strong background in Java, API development, integration frameworks, and insurance domain processes.
  • •Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional project stakeholders.
  • •Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
