Director, Sites and Facilities

Lead the development and management of all company sites and facilities across office, manufacturing, and test/launch environments. Scale facilities capacity by partnering with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and test/launch leadership, owning capital roadmaps and end-to-end construction projects. Oversee utilities and critical infrastructure reliability, physical security, and EHS/OSHA programs, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and strong support for employees.
