Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead facilities, security, and EHS teams to scale infrastructure supporting multiple aerospace and defense programs.
  • •Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and test/launch leadership to ensure facilities capacity stays ahead of program needs.
  • •Develop and manage capital investment roadmaps, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
  • •Own construction projects end-to-end, including design, planning, permitting, construction, and vendor coordination to deliver on time and within budget.
  • •Oversee utilities and critical infrastructure systems, and manage physical security, EHS/OSHA compliance, and ITAR-related access controls.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years managing large-scale facilities operations, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • •Lead multi-disciplinary facilities teams across operations, construction, EHS, and infrastructure.
  • •Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting, lease compliance, and regulatory requirements (fire safety, HVAC, environmental).
  • •Hands-on experience managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and competitive bidding processes.
  • •Ability to develop and maintain EHS/OSHA programs, risk management systems, and emergency response plans.
