Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to keep the store efficient and customer-ready
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and coordinate labor hours for receiving product deliveries
  • •Champion sales-floor visual standards using business performance data and ensure accurate inventory counts
  • •Partner with the General Manager on budget, reporting, and metrics (e.g., Expenses, Sell-Thru) and support planning processes
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team with accountability, coaching, talent development, and KPI/results-driven communication; manage scheduling
