Job Summary

Lead client strategy and project plans for employee benefits accounts, ensuring timely deliverables and ongoing satisfaction. Partner with the Managing Consultant and Producer to support account success, grow current clients, and onboard new clients into your book. Manage a large annual revenue book, drive retention, and identify expansion opportunities by developing innovative benefit strategies. Stay current on benefits administration, industry trends, and carrier products to provide thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage client strategy and project plans, including deliverables, to ensure satisfaction.
•Take charge of accounts to optimize benefits and develop strategies that enhance client outcomes.
•Drive retention and expansion by identifying opportunities for new benefit options and solutions.
•Manage a book of business with $500k–$5 million in annual revenue, meeting financial targets and revenue goals.
•Collaborate with the account team, managing consultant, and producer to coordinate annual execution and key project completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 130,000 annually

•6+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
•Strong understanding of benefits administration, industry trends, and carrier products and services.
