Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects to the right quality standards, efficiently and on time.
  • •Manage individual tasks across the construction process, including submittal and RFI processes.
  • •Support proposals for new projects or variations, and help establish project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Coordinate project information flow, meetings, and issue/action logs; transcribe minutes and drive items to closure.
  • •Support cost tracking and reporting, including maintaining EVM systems and liaising with finance for cost data and reporting.
