Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide non-medical, short term, solution-focused counseling to military parents/guardians and children 0-5 at military installations
  • •Collaborate with pediatric team to address needs of children 0-3 and families
  • •Conduct trainings and health/wellness presentations and participate in base activities focused on child development
  • •Enter counselor activity data daily and maintain confidentiality; document in EMR as required
  • •Maintain knowledge of community resources and provide linkages to local and national resources

Salary: USD 59,922 - 100,280 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in a mental health field from an accredited program
  • •Valid unrestricted independent counseling license in any US state (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
  • •Minimum of one year post-licensure counseling experience
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with technology and software (Microsoft Suite, EMR, video conferencing)
  • •Ability to obtain US citizenship proof and travel to Germany for 12-18 months
