Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and support reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities.
  • •Support a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards while moving dynamically to fulfill business and guest needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store, including sales floor and back of house.
