Lead workplace operations, workplace readiness, and administrative services to ensure safe, efficient, employee-friendly environments. Own safety, compliance, and governance by ensuring Philippine labor and OSH regulation adherence, running safety programs, coordinating audits, and maintaining incident documentation. Manage end-to-end benefits administration (statutory, HMO, insurance) in partnership with Payroll and Finance, while leading and developing the Workplace, Safety, and Benefits team and driving process improvements.
