Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build agentic solutions based on business problem understanding.
  • •Develop agent behavior covering context, tools, memory, integrations, and observability.
  • •Build and evolve end-to-end solutions across the dimensions each initiative requires.
  • •Integrate existing capabilities and identify gaps to help evolve new capabilities.
  • •Design, run, and analyze experiments and evaluations to measure solution quality and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand business problems and design/build agentic solutions that create real value with simple, secure, sustainable implementations.
  • •Hands-on experience designing agent behavior including context/state management, memory, tools/skills/hooks, integrations, and observability.
  • •Experience building solutions with LLMs and their APIs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek or others).
  • •Knowledge of RESTful API design and good development practices.
  • •Relational database knowledge (e.g., MySQL or similar), plus judgment balancing quality, security, cost, latency, and complexity for AI solutions.
