Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end experience of the Engine assistant, from mobile/web conversational interface to recommendation logic.
  • •Design conversational product experiences, testing and iterating to define what a great shopping conversation looks like.
  • •Design AI-backed flows with limits in mind, including hallucinations, unexpected outputs, and edge-case fallbacks.
  • •Run continuous discovery and user testing, read real conversations, and drive the next iteration and rollout strategy.
  • •Define quality and measurement for Juno, build metrics, and set the vision and roadmap for assistant experience.

Key Requirements
