Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6) by preparing calm, orderly learning spaces and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Observe children closely to meet their needs, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides to strengthen classroom community. Help children develop confidence and a lifelong love of learning while growing through fully sponsored Montessori training and ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

•Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by helping create a calm, engaging learning environment for children to explore and grow at their own pace
•Assist in preparing and maintaining a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
•Support individualized and small-group learning activities using a Montessori approach
•Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs
•Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families and collaborate with Lead Guides to create a strong classroom community
