Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and drive revenue for Sierra's growth.
  • •Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, building, tuning, and evolving agents in production.
  • •Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across customer stacks.
  • •Shape the future of Sierra’s core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools, and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams.
  • •Build scalable systems and maintain high reliability in production environments across industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce.
