Key Responsibilities

•Serve as cross-functional day-to-day leader across complex transformation initiatives, providing strategic direction, maintaining alignment to intended outcomes, and mitigating scope creep or organizational drift.
•Lead enterprise-wide integration programs related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy, operating model, and long-term business objectives.
•Conduct competitive, peer, and market benchmarking across RapidScale operating units to provide leadership with insight into relative performance, emerging trends, and potential areas for improvement.
•Partner closely with executive leadership to refine strategic priorities, translate high-level objectives into actionable programs, and support execution against key business initiatives.
•Establish governance structures, operating cadences, and executive reporting mechanisms for major enterprise programs and integrations.

Salary: USD 122,600 - 204,400 annually

Key Requirements

•8 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•Strong knowledge leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives in complex or rapidly evolving organizations

•Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership or boards
•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (master’s/PhD optional)
