Job Summary

Modernize and streamline the Legal function by executing the Legal Technology roadmap. You’ll evaluate, implement, administer, and enhance legal technology platforms while identifying automation opportunities using AI and low-code/no-code. Lead legal process mapping and workflow standardization to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience, and support governance, risk, audits, and documentation. Partner with Legal, IT, Global Security, and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

•3+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Operations, or related functions.

•Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience with ELM, CLM, eDiscovery, Records Management, Compliance, or AI-enabled Legal solutions.
