Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure driver performance, safety, regulatory compliance, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial stewardship for the assigned division.
  • •Reinforce safety culture by ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, hazardous materials transportation regulations, and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, training, and development for drivers, including recruiting and onboarding support.
  • •Monitor driver qualifications, compliance requirements, performance metrics, and operational indicators to meet business objectives.
  • •Investigate accidents, incidents, spills, near misses, customer complaints, and regulatory violations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
