Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Operations Leadership to correct non-compliant ELD dashboard data (HOS violations, form and manner errors, safety events, and unidentified driving events).
  • •Counsel and advise drivers on proper log completion and educate drivers to avoid repeat DOT violations.
  • •Maintain and administer Driver Qualification files and support involvement in post-incident and new hire training, including remedial and post-event training.
  • •Collect and review accident information, track driver citations and roadside violations, and assist with internal incident investigations.
  • •Oversee regional driver safety via site visits, including spot checks on vehicles for compliance and beta/testing initiatives onsite as the department representative.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years experience with training, program execution, and/or influencing for behavior change, plus at least 2 years of experience in the DOT field.
  • •Flexibility to travel within the designated region assigned up to 25%.

  • •Effective communication and time management skills, with the proven ability to influence without formal authority.
  • •Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, and standard office equipment (computers, scanners, printers).
