Key Responsibilities

  • •Create BIM model (MEP & HVAC model) up to LOD 450 and do clash detection for coordination.
  • •Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts.
  • •Coordinate with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
  • •Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and do corrections necessary for the project.
  • •Provide spot detail / Shop drawings for the clarity of the plans and details.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in engineering field (mechanical preferred).
  • •Proficient in modeling software: Revit, AutoCAD, Plant 3D.
  • •Proficient in clash detection with Navisworks.
  • •Strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical fields.
  • •Knowledge of MEP and HVAC system components and usages.
