Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of programme management and maintenance using Primavera (P6) to keep complex infrastructure deliveries on track.
  • •Prepare and update the programme masterplan by collating and consolidating planning data from multiple sources.
  • •Identify and track interdependencies, quality assure schedules, and provide planning reporting and interpretive evaluation for senior stakeholders.
  • •Manage change control for the plan, maintain change history for audit purposes, and secure relevant business authorisations.
  • •Conduct risk evaluation, track delivery against baseline, issue plan performance updates to management and stakeholders, and facilitate planning workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience planning and delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure or energy EPC projects, ideally within UK electricity transmission.
  • •Advanced Primavera (P6) technical planning expertise, with experience using other planning tools such as MS Project.
  • •Experience in programme data, reporting, and interdependencies within a planning team delivering major infrastructure projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Project/Contract Management within FIDIC EPC-type contracts (capital projects preferred).
  • •Educated to Degree, HND or HNC level (or equivalent experience), with strong Microsoft Office skills and effective stakeholder communication.
