Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and complete Initial Disclosure Packages and Initial Loan Estimate.
  • •Maintain consumers’ confidential personal and financial information.
  • •Ensure proper loan set-up within the Loan Operating System (LOS).
  • •Research and input tax/insurance information to ensure correct disclosed figures.
  • •Send disclosure packages to consumers via E-Disclosures or coordinate delivery by mail or in-person; monitor and validate Change of Circumstance documents and re-disclose within required timeframes.

  • •Ability to read, analyze, and understand business/company articles and professional journals; ability to speak effectively before groups.

  • •Critical thinking skills to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions.
  • •Proficiency with Word processing/typing; intermediate PowerPoint and spreadsheets.
