•Own full-cycle recruiting from intake/calibration through sourcing, structured interviews, debriefs, and close for Software Engineers and adjacent technical roles.
•Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to understand roadmaps and translate headcount and leveling needs into sourcing plans.
•Deliver transparent, timely, high-quality candidate experiences with efficient scheduling and fast feedback loops.
•Proactively source and engage active/passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound campaigns, referrals, technical communities, and rediscovery.
•Use LLMs like Claude and recruiting data to automate repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and provide meaningful recommendations; mentor teammates and document playbooks.

•Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) to automate repetitive tasks and streamline recruiting workflows.
•Hands-on experience with Ashby (or similar) to manage pipelines and produce data-driven insights.
