Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Supplier Health Assessment (SHA) to assess suppliers’ capability to perform and sustain performance.
  • •Engage suppliers to complete Gemba diagnosis and develop comprehensive gap-closure plans.
  • •Conduct weekly training and coaching on-site, then follow up to validate gap plans and monitor progress with the PW and supplier teams.
  • •Establish leading performance indicators and track them weekly on-site at the supplier.
  • •Intervene to expedite deliveries and resolve quality issues, and lead continuous improvement events at suppliers.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, or related field with 8 years of experience in operations, quality, and/or continuous improvement roles; or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Reside in the New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania area.
  • •Be able to travel up to 80% of your time within the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania areas.
  • •On-site at suppliers 80% of your time.
