•Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
•Demonstrate product expertise by sharing knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Drive results by helping exceed sales goals and KPIs and contribute to Sephora Canada’s success.
•Maintain a beautiful space by supporting inventory, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 21.25 hourly

•Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments with a track record of excellent service and relationship building
•A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
•Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge
