Job Summary

Act as a trusted, business-facing legal partner supporting commercial growth and smart decision-making. Advise across commercial contracts, employment matters, compliance, and disputes while managing legal inbox escalations. Draft, review, and negotiate client terms, supplier agreements, NDAs, IP and data processing agreements. Partner with HR on employment issues, maintain legal templates and policies, support audits, and help deliver practical legal training.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice across the business.
•Manage legal inbox escalations and ensure queries are handled efficiently.
•Draft, review and negotiate client terms, supplier agreements, NDAs, IP agreements and data processing agreements.
•Support litigation and dispute matters, including evidence gathering and correspondence.
•Work with HR on employment matters and support legal training and compliance activity.
